Innovative Concepts is committed to high quality service in all phases of your marketing project. To assure quality for you, we've put a number of procedures and controls in place:

Account Supervision
You will have an experienced Account Executive handling your project. He/she is responsible for managing the success of the campaign. The Account Executive will also help coordinate the kick-off of a program: which includes the targeting, defining goals, database selection, orientation, scripting, etc. before any calling starts. The AE also supervises the ongoing telemarketing. Your AE also will keep you up to date on the progress and results. Mid-stream adjustments to script, targeting, etc. can be made at any point in the program. He/she is there to handle any concern you may have about your Tele-Prospecting project.

Audiotapes (State-Of-The-Art Dictaphone™ System) -“.WAV” files also supported
Innovative Concepts has a state-of-the-art Dictaphone™ Monitoring System, which records all outbound calls, as allowed by law.  Account Executives regularly listen to the calling. You have the option to review the appointments, leads or a sampling of other calls. These can be delivered on audiocassettes, upon request.
        ● Ability to “Hear” the decisionmaker agree to the appointment.
        ● Can be sent electronically via email as a .wav file, audio tape or played over the phone


Live Monitoring (Off-Site)
In addition to being able to hear the appointments on tape and (electronically) via email -You can also monitor outbound calls as they are being made. By dialing in to a special number you can be assured that our experienced representatives are making an appropriate representation, that you can be proud of.

Reports
In addition to write-ups of each appointment/lead, Innovative Concepts utilizes SalesLogix CRM system with custom reports.  These strategic reports analyze performance and show both; the progress and potential of your campaigns. Active monitoring of these with your account executive allows you to be in the driver’s seat of your campaign. Keeping the targeted prospect database fresh and being able to adjust to your carriers changing appetite allows us to achieve a maximum return on investment for your marketing dollar.

ConfidentialityWe hold all materials provided by you for our information, orientation and script materials prepared by us, information extracted on the accounts in your database and any information on results in the strictest confidence.
